Outside: both houses are set in their own park like grounds with front and back lawns, fruit trees and plants and of course the beautiful pool to the front of the house. Walls and gates surround the properties with a private driveway to each house and parking. There are just the two houses, and it is possible to rent both together.

RENT: €1500 pcm per house (excludes heating oil, and cleaning services if requested).       

FEES: 2 months rent as refundable damages deposit, 1st months rent in advance + agency fees
