Ground Floor: a typical Cretan ‘upside down’ design (to make the most of the views from the living area and to keep the sleeping quarters cool/warm) you enter into the hallway. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with patio doors leading to the garden. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and also access to the garden area. Family bathroom is spacious with a bath shower.

1^st Floor: the open plan living area has been cleverly designed for maximum comfort and use of space with the fitted kitchen and dining space at one end, the lounge at the other. Double patio doors open to the dining balcony with views across to the sea and mountains. The villas are an easy three minute stroll to the centre of this charming small village, with a year round cafenion which is frequented by both locals and occasional tourists for small plates and cold local wine and beer. Within a 5 – 10 minute drive you will find some of the most beautiful, and traditional villages in the area such as Paidachori, Pemonia, Tzizifes and Vamos,  all known for the beautiful hikes and trails amongst the greenest of landcapes.
