This stone residence is located in the idyllic village of Embrosneros.

A part of 50 m2 is restored and habitable. It consists of a single room with a kitchen, living/sleeping area  and a bathroom with a shower. The owner with great care, attention and absolute respect for the local architecture, reconstructed the small guest house, using excellent materials. The old hives were turned into library shelves Marble, cypress wood, traditional tiles. The main entrance of the property is reminiscent of our grandmother’s old doors with traditional locks.

Stepping out onto the property’s courtyard/patio there is a stone two storey house of 112 m2 and a stone arched crumbling house. This could be the main house with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with amazing views of the surrounding green area and the White Mountains. Studies and plans are available for the restoration of the two-story building.

Vrysses, the capital of the province of Apokoronas, is located just 4 km from Emprosneros. Vrysses has many taverns, food shops, many public services since the Town Hall is located there. The beaches of Georgioupoli are about 10-15 minutes away by car.
