We proudly present you this historical stone-built house in Gavalochori in Apokoronas region. The house is over 150 years old and originally it used to be a kafenio of the village. Also in this very house a well-known Greek movie ‘First Time Godfather’ was filmed.
The house has a total area of 198 m2 and plot is about 200 m2. It consists of two separate apartments which shared a common courtyard.
The first bigger house consists of two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor. External staircase takes us to the upper floor, where is a bedroom, bathroom and two spacious terraces with countryside views.
The second house is set on one level. It consists of one spacious room with 3 lofts which provide sleeping areas, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a stunning stone arch and wood burn stove.
